Class Registration

  • This is a new system we are trying this year to help with the influx of class interest experienced over the past few years. We are hoping this process will help people be more likely to get into the “popular” classes. Please reach out if you have feedback, while we cannot change the setup this year, we can always make it better in the future. You can also give feedback at the event via the Flea General feedback form.
  • Preregistering for classes does not cost extra, you must preregister before February 10th at 11:59pm. All tickets are available either until that time or until they are “sold out.” Preregistration tickets account for 40% of the seats available in each class.
  • Only 40% of the available seating is available for preregistration
  • In fairness to all attendees we ask that each person only preregister for one of the four classes.
  • To get your “ticket” for preregistration you will need to go to Programming Headquarters at least one hour before the start time of the class you’re attending, (though you can pickup anytime that Programming HQ is open after 12pm noon on Friday through the 1 hour before your class) and present the name you gave on the preregistration form in exchange for your physical ticket. In order to enter the class, you will provide the physical ticket. There will be no option to give your name at the door. If you do not have a physical ticket, you will not be granted preregistration admission and will need to wait in line with everyone else attending the class. This also means if the class is full you may not get into it.
  • Preregistration does not mean you will be first into the class, it only guarantees that you will get a seat in the class. When you pickup your ticket from programming HQ, you will be given an info sheet with the details of the class as well as any information about the lines system you may need for getting into the class.
  • Each preregistration is only valid for 1 class ticket – each person must pickup their own ticket.
  • Each person must register separately for their own class ticket
  • If you have accessibility needs, please email accessibility@nelaonline.org and provide specific information about your needs for the class you would like to preregister for.
  • Any additional questions, please email fff_programming@nelaonline.org
  • One registration per person per email address
